Lightweight steel LPG RV Gas bottle of 24.5 Litre with filling stop valve refillable up to 80%. Optional an external filling set or filling adapter.

This refillable light weight steel LPG gas bottle is approved for 10 years.
The gas bottle has two separate connections; an entrance for filling and an exit for gas consumption. This has the advantage that you can connect the gas bottle to a fixed installation (in combination with a filling set), so that there is no need to exchange the filling hose and the delivery hose. So you can leave any gas filter and pressure regulator connected to the gas bottle while filling.
Due to the low empty weight of only 10 kg, the gas cylinder is particularly suitable as a mobile storage of LPG for use in various trades, construction work and camping and leisure activities, etc.
The tank has a level measurement and a clock on the output (Gas tap).
Thanks to the 80% filling stop, no more than 80% can be filled. This guarantees safety. And there is a separate connection (G.5 Kombi (G.2 / G.4 / G.8) SHELL) with shut-off hand valve.
The collar of the gas bottle can be removed, which reduces the height of the gas bottle and makes it easier to connect parts.
The gas bottle is made of high-quality steel that can withstand very high pressures. Thanks to its own filling entrance with internal float, the filling level is limited to 80%. The gas tap (outlet) has an integrated pressure relief valve that ensures that the pressure in the gas bottle can never exceed 27 bar.
Very safe due to the following facilities:
- Maximum 80% filling, the pump switches off automatically when 80% filling is reached. (With option to connect an LPG filling adapter or external filling set. (see Accessories)
- Non return Valve that will ensure that the LPG will not flow back out of the bottle when the filling hose / adapter is disconnected.
- Overpressure relief valve, as soon as the pressure in the bottle becomes too high, the overpressure valve will release a part of the gas to lower the pressure inside. This prevents the bottle from exploding in the event of a fire.
- Separate intake connection can be closed with a hand tap
These facilities together guarantee the safety of the gas bottle, making a refillable RV gas bottle much safer than a regular non-refillable gas bottle.

NB! Please note that in some countries (Italy and a number of Eastern European countries) refueling with LPG is not permitted. This may only be done by the pump station staff. Find out about the regulations of each country where you want to refuel.
Where can I refill my Gas Bottle? For example in the Netherlands, gas bottles may not be filled directly onto the bottle at the pump.
A gas bottle must be equipped with an 80% filling limiter.
Filling may be only permitted at and by authorized filling stations. This depends on national regulations.
Filling instructions:
1. Turn off the gas outlet (manual tap).
2. Make sure that the filling pipe with external filling connection or filling adapter is connected leak-free. (If necessary, use a filling adapter abroad)
3. Connect the filling nozzle to the filling connection.
4. Fill the gas bottle with the desired amount (maximum 80%)
5. Disconnect the filling nozzle and the filling pipe / filling coupling. (Be careful! Some LPG may be released)
6. Open the gas bottle tap again after refueling and before use.
- Always keep the gas bottle upright. (with the tap above)
- Do not drop the gas bottle, as damage may occur to the bottle or the couplings.
- Do not store the gas bottle near an open flame.
- Do not use or store below ground floor level. Leaked gas will accumulate at a low level.
- The storage space must be well ventilated to the outside area.
- Do not use tools to open the tap.
- Gas bottles and pressure regulators are equipped with a pressure relief valve, for this reason these parts may not be placed inside. These serve in a ventilated space that is connected to the outside air and not connected to the indoor space.
- Check the hoses regularly and see if the cylinder is properly secured. If the hoses are damaged or show signs of wear, replace the hoses (use the correct quality hoses).
