The Euro Connector for LPG refueling in: Spain and Portugal
W21.8 (21.8mm) wire connection on the car. (Standard on many Dutch cars with the filler connection in the bumper.
Carefully measure the type of thread on your filling connection or filling adapter for identification!
When measuring the internal thread diameter, keep in mind that you are not measuring the height of the thread. Therefore, add about 2 mm to the measurement result to determine the outer diameter.
This Spain nipple is WITHOUT a non-return valve (just like other LPG filling adapters). This is a deliberate choice, because the version with a valve has the problem that the gas is retained in the adapter (after disconnecting the filling nozzle), after which the gas is released when the adapter is unscrewed from the filling connection, with the risk that the cold gas gets on your hands.
The Spain nipple with valve should only be used in case the nipple remains fixed on the car and does not need to be removed.
