Shipping Your Package

We ship your order with the greatest care and use professional transport partners to deliver your package quickly and safely to you.
Delivery Time
Packages are shipped within 2 working days after receiving your payment. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
Shipping Partners
We work with DPD, DHL and Dachser. You can choose your preference on the checkout page. All shipments have Track & Trace.
Signature
Standard delivery without signature. Want delivery with signature? Please contact us for the additional costs.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. The exact costs depend on:

Important: We recommend placing items in one order. We cannot always combine separate orders, and separate shipping costs will be calculated for each order.
Package Shipping Within the Netherlands
DPD Shipping
Standard choice: DPD is our standard carrier for domestic shipments.
Delivery: Usually next working day (exceptions during busy periods).
Deadline: Orders before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.
DHL Shipping
Alternative option: Choose DHL on the checkout page.
Scanning: Packages are scanned at the sorting center (often in the evening).
Delivery: Residential addresses: weekdays + Saturday • Business locations: weekdays only.
Address Check: Please check your address details carefully! Incorrect details lead to delays and additional costs.

International Shipping
Extra important for international shipments: Ensure the address is complete and correct. With small typos, packages may be returned with high return costs.

Shipping to most EU countries within 2-5 working days. Delivery times may vary by country and carrier.
Pallet Shipping (Heavy Products)
For products heavier than 30 kg
Large or heavy products (such as LPG tanks) are safely shipped on a pallet via Dachser or DHL pallet service.

4. Come during opening hours
Bring your order confirmation and identification
Not Possible: Payment afterwards via Billink, In3 or Afterpay is not possible in combination with collection.
Important Tips & Frequently Asked Questions
Residential vs. Business Address
For delivery to a business address, always provide the company name. Otherwise, the delivery person may not recognize the address.
Multiple Shipments
Sometimes we ship your order in multiple packages (if items are in different locations). Additional costs are not charged.
One Delivery Attempt
Delivery persons usually make only one delivery attempt. Afterwards, the package goes to a pickup point. Bring ID!
Address Change
An address change after shipping is not possible. Therefore, check your details carefully before placing your order.
