COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT
We are very sorry if you have a complaint about a product supplied by us or about our services.
In that case, we kindly ask you to submit your complaint via our CONTACT FORM or by e-mail to our customer department. Our employees from the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.
After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it requires more time, we will inform you.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation, to which (webshop name) is affiliated. If, for any reason, the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
