Web Hosting

We use web hosting and email services from Verpex hosting. Verpex processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. Verpex has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Verpex is bound by a confidentiality agreement.

Payment Processing

For handling payments, we use the Pay.nl platform. Pay.nl processes your name, address, and payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl does not store your data longer than permitted by legal terms.

Shipping and Logistics

When you place an order, it is our job to have your package delivered. We use the services of Sendcloud, PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, and Dachser. It is necessary to share your name and address with these carriers. They only use this data to perform the agreement.

Invoicing and Accounting

For our administration and accounting, we use Unit4. We share your name, address, and order details to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Unit4 is bound by confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially.

AI-Chatbot

To assist you directly and efficiently, we use a smart AI chatbot on our webshop. This chatbot is powered by Google Gemini (API) technology via a secure connection.

Consent

What data is processed?
When using the chatbot, we process the chat content and your IP address. If you are logged into your account, the chatbot also has limited access to your account details and order history to answer specific questions and provide tailored technical advice.

Why do we process this data?

Third parties and security
Data entered in the chat is sent to Google via a secure API connection. According to Google's terms, data sent via the enterprise API (Gemini) is not used to train their general AI models. Chat logs are kept as long as necessary to handle your request.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

We only use your data for the purpose of our services. This means the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. Your data is not shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations.

Automatically Collected Data
