Your Right of Withdrawal
We use, under certain conditions, a right of withdrawal for consumers with a period of 14 days after receipt of the product. (The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.)
Introduction: We are willing to take back items under certain conditions. You can return undamaged items under certain conditions, with the exception of Electronics, products specially ordered on request, custom-made products and products where it is stated that they are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We can return other products within 14 days without giving a reason (right of withdrawal), if reasonably possible, in as original a condition as possible.
If you meet the conditions, a credit invoice will be created for the returned products and the amount will be refunded as soon as possible (no later than 14 days), from the date the consumer has sent the product back to us (follow the steps below) , refunded. If the return shipment does not meet the conditions, we will reasonably withhold / charge compensation.
Before returning, please note the following:
Make sure your product is not among the exceptions,
Make sure that the products are, if possible, in the undamaged, not described, original factory packaging and / or still unopened transparent sealed packaging,
Make sure that the return has been complete, not used, not connected (not even for testing) and is undamaged (The premise here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a store. ),
Make sure that you include your name and the return form with the return shipment.
If you want to return products or the order and meet the conditions, please act as follows:
Step 1: Report the return in writing using our download and fill in the [FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL], and send it by e-mail to support@lpgwebshop.com
To open this file you need a word processor, for example Microsoft Office Word or Open Office
State the order number and the relevant article number / article description.
You will then receive an approval of your application by email.
Step 2: After sending the completed withdrawal form, the consumer then has 14 days to return the product. The return costs are for the account of the consumer, unless the entrepreneur indicates that he will bear the costs himself. Return your package to our return address:

Step 3: After receiving the return, we will refund the full amount within 14 days, provided the product has been returned in good order.
Is there something wrong with the product (e.g. defective) or does it not match what you bought (e.g. delivered the wrong product)? Then you can make this known to us within two months of discovery.
Additional information regarding your right of withdrawal:
After receipt of the product, the consumer has a cooling-off period of 14 days to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason and to return the product. In addition, the consumer bears the costs of the return shipment, with the exception of a justified appeal to the "money back" scheme. In case of dissolution, the provider will refund the amounts paid within 14 days.
The consumer can only actually make use of his right of withdrawal within fourteen days if the goods concerned are returned complete and undamaged, preferably in or with the original packaging as much as possible. Revocation is also possible if the goods are incomplete and / or damaged (after complete and undamaged delivery), but in that case the provider must be reasonably compensated for the damage and / or it is incomplete. After the cooling-off period and in the event of a defect or incorrectly delivered product, the consumer must first give the supplier a reasonable opportunity to deliver the correct product.
Limitations or exclusions of the right to cancel are only possible due to the specific nature of the product or service. These limitations or exclusions will be clearly stated in the offer with an explanation for the limitation or exclusion.
