Operation of the ValveCare System

The ValveCare system is an effective way to automatically inject Valve Saver Fluid directly into the engine's fuel system. This offers the following benefits:

- Protection of the valves
- Lubrication of the cylinder head, keeping it clean
- Extended lifespan of valves and valve seats
- Minimization of valve wear
- Cleaning action through powerful additives that regulate deposits
- Reduction of pre-ignition caused by hot deposits in the combustion chamber

Background Information on Valve Lubrication

Cars running on LPG or CNG (natural gas) may experience additional valve and seat wear compared to gasoline. The main reasons are:

- LPG and CNG do not contain the same additives as gasoline
- Gasoline contains lead-replacement lubricants that protect valves
- Historically, lead was used but was replaced due to health risks

Valve lubricant (Valve Saver Fluid) contains these essential additives. Since it is difficult to add these directly to LPG/CNG, they are added to an oil that acts as a "carrier." Through a valve lubrication system, this fluid is added to the intake manifold and flows into the engine with the air.
