Complete IMPCO LPG Kit with 300A Mixer with Arm next to Carburettor + LPG Toroidal Tank (by choice) Underslung

LPG installation for the conversion of your American classic from, for example, the brands Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Cadillac, GMC, etc. Equipped with an IMPCO 300A mixer and an IMPCO Model E Reducer for optimal operation.

Application: LPG system for use in American classics from, for example, the brands; Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Cadillac, GMC, etc. with a gas installation with an IMPCO Model E Reducer.

The set is complete with an LPG Toroidal Tank (tank size of your choice) and an accompanying rear set: Tank mounting material + Filling connection and filling hose

Choose the right adapter for your carburetor:The IMPCO 300A mixer is placed on top of the petrol carburetor using an (attachment) adapter. You can choose from the following types of adapters suitable for carburetor diameters:

This arm is used if there is not enough space under the hood to place the mixer on top of the carburetor. The arm consists of a number of parts for the carburetor such as an A1-57 (Hood / Hood), a suitable adapter (A1-54 / A1-55 / A1-61) to make the hood fit on the carburetor, a number of extension parts (with or without an angle) and an end piece A1-63 Unidapt on which the mixer can be mounted.

Gas installation Contents:
- 1 x Reducer type IMPCO Model E incl. couplings
- 1 x Gas valve type Valtek 06 large passage incl. couplings
- 1 x IMPCO Gas mixer 300A (Type CA300AM-50-2) incl. gaskets and choke cable
- 1 x Air filter + cover plate and crankcase ventilation connection
- 1 x Adapter for mounting the A1-57 (Hood / Hood) on top of the carburetor (Choose the correct adapter size)
- 1 x End piece A1-63 Unidapt for mounting the Mixer.
- 1 meter IMPCO Gas hose Ø1 inch (Ø25mm)
- 1 x LPG switch + LED indicator and internal safety relay type AEB722A ( Gas start switch, programmable). With connection diagram and instructions.
- 1 x 5 Pole relay for energizing gas valves
- 1 x Petrol valve
- 6 meters LPG plastic pipe XD-4 + couplings
- 1 x Petrol hose Ø8mm internal
- 1 x Water hose ID Ø15mm
- 2x Water T-pieces + Hose clamps
- Small material: Hose clamps, pipe brackets, self-tapping screws, bolts and nuts, straps.

- 1 x LPG Toroidal Tank 4-Hole incl. accessories excl. Aluminium Tank Box (tank size of your choice)
- 1 x Tank sensor 0-90 ohm for 4-Gas LPG tank
- Tank mounting set with mounting material, filling connection and filling hose, small material

Correct Installation: Have this Product installed by a recognized specialist! Apply the RDW guidelines such as 20cm ground clearance and distance to heat source, etc. (See downloads at the ATTACHMENTS page).

This type of LPG ring tank can be placed in place of the spare wheel (substructure). Read the related Tutorials and the instructions under the ATTACHMENTS tab for more instructions.

TIP!  In case of LPG substructure: Tank and valves provided with a protective coating for a longer lifespan. Repeat this annually.

PLEASE NOTE! A Tank Certificate is included with every new LPG Tank. This is usually taped to the box or to the tank itself. This contains information about, among other things, the approval, production date and the serial number. This document is unique, individual to the tank and very difficult to obtain again. So keep it safe! You may need it when your car is inspected.
