This basic set is specifically configured for the low-pressure stage of your vapor gas installation. From the outlet of your pressure regulator, this set safely transports and distributes gas to appliances such as your stove, refrigerator, or heater. With this set, it is possible to comply with the strict safety guidelines (EN 1949) for low-pressure systems in leisure vehicles.

Thanks to the choice of four variants, you can connect exactly the number of appliances you need. This is a basic configuration that you can expand or personalize according to your needs using the related and optional products in our webshop.

🛠️ Technical Highlights

Gas Manifold with Identification

Every connected appliance must be individually isolatable. The included manifold acts as a rail equipped with quick-closing valves per outlet. To enhance safety, we include a sticker sheet with icons for various gas appliances. This allows you to mark each valve, so you can see at a glance which valve is intended for which appliance (e.g., heater or fridge).

Modular and Expandable

Do you have more than 4 appliances or want to expand the installation later? The distribution rail has an 8mm compression inlet on one side and a blanking plug at the other end. By removing this plug, you can extend the copper piping or connect a second manifold block. This allows the system to grow with your requirements.

Fixed Copper Piping & Fixation

Main gas transport is carried out via 8mm copper piping provided with a plastic protective sheath. This is connected to the pressure regulator using a compression fitting. For a solid installation, the set includes pipe brackets with self-tapping screws. According to regulations, the piping must be fixed every 50 cm to prevent vibrations and metal fatigue.

Flexible Appliance Connection

For the final connection to the gas appliance, a flexible gas hose may be used (over a maximum length of 75 cm). The set includes the necessary adapters (8mm compression x 8mm hose barb) to realize a gastight transition from the fixed pipe to the rubber hose. Optionally, gas hoses can be mounted directly to the valve outlet using a straight adapter coupling (8mm pipe x 8mm hose barb).

Customization & Extra Options

In addition to the parts in this basic set, you can further personalize your vapor gas installation. Consider options such as:

Extra piping or gas hose: If you need to cover larger distances.

⚠️ Crucial Guidelines (EN 1949):

Fix the copper piping every 50 cm maximum using the provided brackets.
The flexible gas hose must have a maximum length of 75 cm.
Each gas valve must be marked with the symbol of the corresponding appliance.
