IMPCO Adapter A1-57 Unidapt: Hood for on carburettor with extension arm connection

This part is used to mount an arm on the carburettor for placing an IMPCO gas mixer next to the carburettor.

Use this Hood if you want to mount an IMPCO "arm" on a carburetor for placing a 300A mixer next to the carburetor. Use a matching adapter to connect this Hood on top of the carburetor.

Specifications and Connections:
- 1x Central mounting point for carburetor. (Drill your own hole)
- 4x attachment point + gasket for extension arm

This part is combined with:
- A mounting adapter ring on the carburettor: (A1-61) Ø130mm / (A1-54) Ø79mm / (A1-55) Ø67mm
- Arm extension pieces: A1-59 (Angle) and A1-60 (Straight)
- Gas mixer mounting piece / End piece extension arm: (A1-63)  Suitable for type 300

Application: The IMPCO hood (A1-57) goes on top of the carburetor using a suitable adapter (A1-54 / A1-55 / A1-61). and is used to make an arm on the carburetor to connect the 300A mixer position next to it. Can be additionally extended with the adapters A1-59 and/or A1-60. The end piece(A1-63) Unidapt is used to mount the 300A mixer. For American classics with the brands; Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Cadillac, etc. to run on LPG in combination with an IMPCO 300A mixer.

NB! Place Hood on top of the carburetor of the car. There are different adapters that should be used depending on the type of carburetor, so that the whole fits together well. (A1-54 / A1-55 / A1-61)

Used when making an "Arm" on the carburetor when there is not enough space under the hood to fit the mixer on top of the carburetor. For example, the mixer is positioned next to the carburetor by means of a so-called "arm". These are a number of parts for the carburetor such as a hood (A1-57), a suitable adapter to fit the hat on the carburetor, a number of extensions (with or without an angle) and an end piece Unidapt (A1-63) on which the mixer can be mounted.

NB! The arm must be supported by means of brackets that are attached to the end piece (A1-63) Unidapt. Attachment to the carburettor alone is not sufficient.
