LPG Engine Conversion Kit LOVATO RGE for carburettor cars (excl. mixer)

This unregulated (lambda) LPG system is suitable for cars with a carburetor. Often used on European classics such as Mercedes, Saab, Volvo, Citroen, BMW, Renault, Ford, Opel, etc.

Version RGE090: For engines up to 2.0L with a maximum of 122hp.
Version RGE140: For engines larger than 2.0L with a maximum of 190hp.

Often applied to classic models of car brands: MERCEDES, FORD, CITROEN, VOLVO, SAAB, BMW, RENAULT, OPEL

This motor set is supplied without a mixer piece. A mixer piece depends on the type of car and type of carburetor. For good mixture formation and adjustment of the gas system, it is important to use a properly matching mixing piece for the car.

It is sometimes also possible to use a spud-in. Provided it is placed correctly, this can also work well

Contents of this set:
- 1 x Reducer type LOVATO RGE090 or RGE140 + mounting material (power of your choice)
- 1 x Gas valve type Valtek 07 6mm or 8mm ( depending on a Reducer )
- 1 x LPG Gas hose Ø19mm
- 1 x Manual Flow Regulator for in Gas Hose
- 1 x LPG switch + LED indicator: AEB 722 (Gas start switch, programmable with internal safety relay) With connection diagram and instructions.
- 1 x Petrol valve 6mm / 8mm connections
- 1 x Petrol hose 8mm internal
- 6 meters LPG XD plastic pipe 6mm or 8mm incl. couplings
- 1 x Water hose ID Ø15mm
- 2 x Water T-pieces + Hose clamps
- Small material: Hose clamps, pipe brackets, self-tapping screws, bolts and nuts, straps.

Correct Installation : Have this Product installed by a recognized specialist! Use the RDW guidelines such as 20cm ground clearance and distance to heat source, etc. (See downloads under the APPENDICES tab).
